Equipment: If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for replacement, exchange, or refund of the purchase price and shipping cost. Products must be in original condition, with packaging intact and undamaged. Bottles, Flasks, and CamelBaks that have been used cannot be returned, for hygienic purposes. 

Food: If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of purchase for replacement, exchange, or refund of the purchase price and shipping cost.

You will be refunded the purchase price (including shipping and taxes) upon our receipt of the returned items. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment you used when you ordered. Items on "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
