40 mg sodium (as sodium chloride) , 60 mg chloride (as sodium chloride) , 50 mg calcium (as chelate) , 25 mg magnesium (as chelate) , 25 mg potassium (as chelate) , 6.6 mg vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine hcl) , 1.6 mg manganese (as chelate) , 50 mg l-tyrosine.
Other Ingredients: Rice flour, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable capsules (plant cellulose and water), and magnesium stearate.
Use prior to, during, and after workouts to satisfy the body's electrolyte requirements with maximum precision. Use as needed but primarily when:
