On top of that, your Evolution comes with an assistance which helps you do difficult exercises with perfect form. This helps you prevent injury. Of course, when you're new to exercise, we always recommend that you consult with your doctor just to make sure you're exercise ready. We're sure you are!

A: If you're casually taking your time, it will take you about 2 minutes. If you're on a mission and just have to get it done, it will take you between 60 and 90 seconds.
Q: What tools do I need to install/assemble my Evolution Home Gym?
A: Just an allen key and 4 bolts (provided).
Q: Is it easy to move my Evolution Home Gym around?
A: You have so many options!
- Your Evolution comes with wheels installed so you can easily tip it back and roll it to exactly where you want it.
- You can fold the arms, carry it to where you want, and reassemble it there. It won't take you any time at all.
- You can call a partner. The two of you can lift it up and move it to where you want it.
