FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. This offer is valid for Canadian orders only.

SHIPPING RATES: For all other Canadian orders, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping. Shipping charges and options will be calculated during checkout.

CARRIERS: All Nutrition and Hydration Products are shipped via FedEx, Canada Post, or courier and can be tracked online. All Fitness Products are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or courier from Canada. We partner with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and CanPar, known for their fast, safe, and reliable service from coast-to-coast.

If you're not available to receive your order, Canada Post will leave a 'pickup card' at your address, which you can use to pick up your package at your local post office.
