Electrolyte capsules containing sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Available in 100-capsule and 200-capsule value-pack formats.
Per capsule: 215 mg sodium, 63 mg potassium, 22 mg calcium and 11 mg magnesium, plus vitamin D. Vegetable-based capsule.
Suggested use: Follow the directions on the product packaging. Individual hydration and electrolyte needs vary.
