A lot of us in these times are being faced with having to work out at home due to the closures of the traditional style gyms.
We either are using weights, or maybe Lebert Fitness bars, maybe BodyBoss Home Gym or indoor cycling apparatus. Perhaps we are only using our own body weight exercises. Or video classes. Whatever the case, bottom line is we are working out in our homes, often times alone…
The challenge of this is to make a routine, commit to the space allocated for this and follow through on the task at hand.
For some of us, this might be easier said than done . For some of us, the mere being in a gym and seeing others working out motivates us, at home we are alone so this can become discouraging.
One way to try to bypass this issue is to have a fitness tracker such as a Garmin watch which document in real time the progress you are making thus giving motivation to continue or strive for higher.
